Introduction

Dear SWEGS friends,

The world is changing, the environment is changing, and we as engineers have to adapt and prepare for these changes. We have to design and think about how the dynamics of the processes we study shape our solutions. And also, we have to prepare for budget constrains during the life process of our designs. That's why "Resilience by Design: Engineering in a Dynamic Environment" is the theme of our 7th Annual Environmental and Water Resources Showcase.
