Hello SWEGS friends,

This week in our seminar series we have Ian Bourg, Associate Professor at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering & the High Meadows Environment Institue at Princeton University. Dr. Bourg research focuses on the fundamental properties of water at interfaces and their impact on environmental systems. His research integrates atomistic simulations, laboratory experiments, and reactive transport models. He will bring a talk on the Partitioning of PFAS and contaminants in different parts of the environment.

Join us next Tuesday at the Ghausi Library (room 3102) from noon to 1 pm, and after that we wil go for lunch with our guest!
